Conditions of Employment: must consent to a background check to qualify for a Gaming License; must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority; must be 19 yrs of age or older.
Other: shift work including evening, night, weekends, holidays; ability to lift up to 10 kg; ability to work in an environment exposed to tobacco smoke and high noise levels; stand for long periods; valid driver's license, willing to travel.
Main Duties: assist in resolving patron complaints and disputes; be alert and observant, report on all occurrences; maintain radio contact; respond to medical and non-medical emergencies; inside and perimeter check at closing; prevent fire and safety hazards; accurate reports; report and secure found property; assist patrons in writing medical/injury and/or investigative reports; escort unruly customers out casino; escort customers with large winnings safely to their vehicle; escort chip fills, jackpot's, hopper fills and chip credits; escort playing cards; patrol and report on secured areas; working knowledge of fire and emergency procedures; adhere to the dress code.
