1.) Must some general experience & knowledge of quick books accounting program.
2.) Must have general experience in bookkeeping and monthly office duties which consists of: reconciling, payroll, warranty registrations, warranty claims, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general entries as well as data entry, and more...
3.) Must be able to multitask
4.) Must be professional in appearance.
5.) Must be professional with customers and also have professional phone manners.
6.) Must be able to handle stressful situations.
7.) Must have advanced computer skills.
8.) Must be able to work independently as well as with others.
9.) Must be extremely organized.
10.) Must be a fast learner and willing to learn.
