Manage and oversee all aspects of residential construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Supervise and direct construction teams.
Manage client relationships and communications.
Resolve issues and make decisions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
