The Role:
- Manage and motivate a team to increased sales and operational efficiency
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and scheduling
- Manage and maintain inventory
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
- Planning and executing promotional activities and sales campaigns
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly
The Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in retail management
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability through effective operational management
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
- Proven track record in customer outreach and retention
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
