As the Human Resources Manager, youll play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting our workforce. This role focuses on recruitment, employee engagement and retention, HR policy development, and providing strategic guidance/coaching to leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the entire hiring process, from screening and interviewing to creating employment offers and onboarding new team members.
- Employee Engagement: Propose innovative ideas to improve the employee experience, foster a positive work culture, and build trust across departments.
- HR Administration: Provide guidance on benefits, payroll, safety, and compliance.
- Policy Development: Review, implement, and enhance HR policies to align with best practices and organizational goals.
- Collaboration: Partner with all departments, regularly travelling to our four dealership locations to stay connected with employees and foster strong working relationships.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as a trusted advisor to mediate and resolve workplace challenges effectively and professionally.
- Training & Development: Identify opportunities for employee learning and career growth, coordinating programs to support their professional development.
- HR Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions, track employee satisfaction, and measure the success of HR initiatives.
Education & Experience:
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of HR experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Proven success in building relationships and solving complex workplace challenges.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with HR software and tools is a bonus!
