Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and Coordinate: Lead and coordinate sales staff and cashiers to optimize team performance.
Task Assignment: Assign sales workers to duties, prepare work schedules, and ensure seamless daily operations.
Authorization: Approve payments and handle merchandise returns to ensure customer satisfaction.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve various issues, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Inventory Management: Maintain specified inventory levels and facilitate merchandise orders as needed.
Reporting: Prepare insightful reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Training: Recruit, train, and monitor the performance of new sales staff to uphold our standards of excellence.
Visual Standards: Ensure the store's visual standards are impeccable, including displays, signage, and cleanliness.
Key Holder Responsibilities: May perform key holding and managerial duties, such as opening/closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing deliveries.
Employment Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
