The Saskatchewan Polytechnic Students' Association Inc. is a non-profit organization that represents the interests of the student membership on campus at Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
The SPSA Moose Campus has an opening for an Administrative Assistant position. The position is temporary full-time until June, 2025 working 30-40 hours/week This individual will perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to responding to front counter and telephone enquiries; used text book sales; transit sales; covering breaks; and all other general office duties. The ideal candidate would have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate well and maintain effective working relationships. This position is ideal for someone who is engaging and energetic, can adapt to an ever-changing environment and thrives in a creative, fast-paced, team orientated work space. The ideal candidate must also possess the ability to manage confrontational, sensitive, stressful or emotional situations respectfully and professionally. The minimum educational requirement is a diploma from a recognized Office Administration Program or equivalent education and experience.
