Grain Millers is looking for a skilled and experienced HR Director to join our team in Yorkton, SK to uphold its strong reputation for delivering high quality products in a culture that celebrates its people. In this pivotal role, you'll lead Human Resources initiatives across our Yorkton facility, with additional support provided to Saskatoon and Rycroft locations. If you have a passion for these things, we want you on our team.
Who You'll Be Working With
You'll partner with dynamic plant leadership teams primarily in Yorkton, with occasional on-site visits to Rycroft and Delisle to enhance our position as an employer of choice. You'll foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR team and across the organization. Together, you'll help drive excellence and people engagement in manufacturing within a thriving workplace.
