Imagine it's Friday. You just dropped your kids off at school. Or walked the dog. Or rocked an early spin class. Or practiced your mandolin... Whatever you do in your free time is great. We're all about diversity! With an hour before the team meeting, you decide to head into the office for this one. After working from home all week, it'll be a nice change of scenery.

The meeting starts with everyone sharing one good thing from the last week. Sabrina climbed a mountain. Chelsea cheered at hockey. Maxine hosted a holiday party. Smiles abound, the team proceeds to discuss celebrations, gratitudes, challenges, and business improvements. As a company that embraces a horizontal organizational structure, your input is just as important as everyone else's. Your opinion matters, and it's one of the many things you love about your new job at Adeptus Marketing.

After the meeting, you make a few calls, head home for lunch, and meet with the creative team over Zoom while sitting by your Christmas tree. You're excited for this project and can't wait to help make your client's dream a reality.

As the liaison between the client and the creative team, you're the linchpin. Without you, no magic happens. And we love making magic happen. You're good with details. A great listener. You love building relationships with the clients you choose to work with (that's right, we choose our clients!) and you're just an all-around good, organized, adult.
