SUCCESS Office Systems is looking for a full-time Administrative Office Assistant.
The successful candidate will have a certificate for office administration, confidence in using the Microsoft Office Suite. This position involves being the first one to answer phones, you must have an upbeat and friendly perception over the phone. The range of duties are to support office operations and facilitate efficient information flow. Attention to details are a must. Knowledge of or the ability to learn quickly the use of our industry specific, EAutomate. Hours of work are M-F 8am - 5 pm.
