Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Bachelor Degree in Hospitality
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years (Before joining must complete any beverage service certification or do the certification within 90 days of joining the job)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    Organize,  Plan, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
    Recruit, train and supervise staff
    Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
    Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
    Determine cost products and services
    Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
    Organize and maintain inventory
    Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
    Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
    Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
    Participate in marketing plans and implementation
    Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide customer service
