The initial job title of the Employee will be the following: Journey Person. The initial job duties the
Employee will be expected to perform will be the following:
responsible for ensuring a seamless experience with every client. The Journey Person will be
responsible for being able to maintain a manner which incorporates the companys vision and
culture which is providing customer satisfaction. As a part of the Acquiring Look Hair Design
team, it is expected that you have a great time management skills and be willing to take
ownership of your service performance and customer experience.

Hair Stylist Responsibilities:
Consulting with clients on stylistic options for their hair
Listening to clients needs to determine their preferences
Describing different hair care products and their benefits
Shampooing, cutting, coloring and highlighting hair
Maintaining and updating client records
Conditions hair and scalp by applying treatments
Keeping updated on hairstyle trends and styling methods
Acting as salespersons to sell clients hair care retail products
Building a relationship with clients to ensure return visits
Offering other salon & spa services as per agreed with management
Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards
Maintains quality service by following Acquiring Look Hair Design standards
Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
Stay up to date with all changes and information provided by management
Contributing into the team culture in a positive manner
Any other tasks assigned.

$15 - 18 /hr or 45% -50% commission which ever is higher
