Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming calls promptly and address general inquiries.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails and courier services.
Manage office access, welcome guests and patrons and direct them to appropriate staff.
Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital).
Data entry and database management.
Prepares various correspondence, including letters, memos and reports.
Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
Respond to requests for information related to facility bookings as needed.
Process payments made in person and over the phone.
Other duties as assigned.
Communication:
Internal: Interacts primarily with Soccer Centre staff, Member Organizations, Tenants and School staff to exchange general information.
External: Serve as point of contact for the public, vendors, or other external partners.
Job Knowledge and Qualifications:
A minimum of one-year experience in an administrative office is required.
Proven ability to carry out day-to-day office duties.
Meticulous attention to details.
Ability and desire to learn new skills.
Excellence in planning and organization.
Strong verbal and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills.
Analytical capability, strong problem-solving skills.
Dedication to a strong and consistent work effort.
Proficient with computer office software (Microsoft) and office equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule:
Full-Time Permanent
Monday to Friday 9:00 am 5:00 pm
