The Role You Will Play:

- Open and close work orders;
- Adjust and input technicians time into business system, and prepare timesheets for bi-weekly payroll;
- Work with Service Manager on the day-to-day operations of the service department;
- Ensure the accurate billing of work orders to the customer. Receive payment for the work completed, handle the cash or credit transaction, and ensure customer satisfaction;
- Maintain and adjust timesheets for bi-weekly payroll.

Background Profile:

- An ideal candidate would possess extensive customer service skills excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong administrative and computer skills required (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in PFW/CDK business systems would be considered an asset.
