We are a dedicated medical practice focused on providing high-quality care to our patients. Our team is looking to add a skilled and compassionate Medical Office Assistant/Administrative Assistant to our growing office. If you are an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for helping others in a healthcare setting, we encourage you to apply!
As a Medical Office Assistant/Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our medical office. You will be responsible for managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and assisting with office administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
    Patient Scheduling: Answer phones, schedule appointments, confirm appointments and assist patients with inquiries. Help with patient flow during office visits and contribute to ensuring that appointments run smoothly.
    Medical Records Management: Maintain and update patient records accurately and confidentially. Collect patient demographic information, update medical histories, and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
    Front Office Operations: Greet patients, check-in/out, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
    Administrative Support: Perform office duties such as filing, faxing, scanning, and organizing documents.
    General Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications:
    Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
    Knowledge of medical terminology, and office management is a plus.
    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
     Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
