Job Description:
The position is accountable for the provision of a broad range of social work services to children, youth and families in the Saskatchewan Health Authority (former Prairie North Health Region).

Education
- Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Information
- This position functions mostly in rural areas. It does carry a reasonable local caseload also, along with carrying out intermittent intake duties in the office.
- Preference to HSAS members as per the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement
