As a Human Resources Specialist, youll be the driving force behind our people operations, with responsibilities that include:

   Recruitment Rockstar: Craft compelling job postings, screen top talent, conduct interviews, and recommend stellar hires.
   Onboarding Extraordinaire: Welcome new hires with a seamless and engaging orientation experience.
   Benefits Guru: Manage and communicate employee benefits programs, making sure our team feels valued and supported.
   Compliance Champion: Maintain impeccable employee records and ensure alignment with all regulations and company policies.
   Employee Advocate: Address employee concerns with care, mediate workplace issues, and champion a positive work culture.
   Performance Partner: Guide performance reviews, assist with development plans, and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
   Process Improver: Collaborate on HR projects that enhance employee experiences and optimize operations.

Were looking for someone who is passionate, proactive, and ready to make a difference. Heres what will set you up for success:

   A degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
   2+ years of HR experience (bonus points if its in the automotive industry!).
   A solid grasp of employment laws, HR best practices, and tools like Ceridian, ADP, or Dayforce.
   Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
   A knack for problem-solving and a commitment to confidentiality.
