As a member of the administration team at the Northgate facility you will be responsible for providing administrative support across the site. The goal of this position is to ensure efficient operation of the office while providing exceptional customer service. You will work to create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and productive workplace.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
Welcome visitors and follow sign in process
Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls
Process daily paperwork
Complete month end reporting and invoicing
Perform administrative duties such as sorting mail, filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning
Monitor supply levels and order new stock when needed
Prepare and monitor invoices
Maintain records and databases
Generate reports
Create and submit bank deposits
Data entry
Perform other duties as assigned and/or required.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Proficient in MS Office
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Ability to work occasional overtime
Must demonstrate honesty and integrity in all business interactions and strives to meet customer needs in a creative and safe manner
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to effectively self-manage, plan, organize and problem solve.
Valid drivers license.
