Responsibilities
- Design a strategic sales plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Achieve growth and hit the company's long- and short-term sales targets;
- Build an effective sales network, develop and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
- Build up a motivated sales team when needed, including recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives;
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Qualifications and requirements
- A university degree or college diploma in business or a related field is preferred;
- Previous experience as a sales representative/manager, or similar roles;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively;
- Ability to develop sound, positive relationships with internal and external clients
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills;
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours.
