As a Receptionist/Admin at Carget Supercentre, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the dealership. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
~Greet and assist customers with a warm, friendly approach.
~Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
~Schedule service appointments and manage calendars.
~Maintain office supplies and order as needed.

Qualifications:
