Our Saskatoon office is looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our Wills & Estates team. The Wills & Estates Paralegal will work cooperatively with the lawyers in the Estate Planning & Administration Group for both our Saskatoon and Regina locations to help guide personal representatives in the process of estate administration and assist in the drafting and execution of estate planning documents.  The successful candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload, pay attention to detail, and have excellent organizational, communication, and written skills.  

Responsibilities include:  
* Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives (Living Wills) and ancillary estate planning documents as required
* Maintaining vault records for storing of original estate planning records
* Gathering data and drafting estate administration documents, including court applications and ancillary documents as applicable
* Assisting in the process of realizing the assets or payments of liabilities including direct contact with various institutions
* Preparation of distribution documentation
* Assisting in passing of accounts and litigious matters in relation to estate administration
* Communicating directly with clients, fielding calls from prospective clients, and referring prospective clients appropriately
* Attending client meetings for signing of documents
* Being prepared to take on other responsibilities as required
