Job Description:
Reporting to the Manager the Social Worker BSW is responsible for professional psychosocial assessment and counselling within the Womens Health Center supporting women as they cope with issues and challenges related to early pregnancy loss and termination. The registered social worker is a competent clinical practitioner assisting individuals, families and groups. The social worker BSW offers a professional model of practice, and of the SHA philosophy, objectives and policies. This position is also accountable to the Social Worker MSW Senior, with responsibility for providing coverage to other areas within the department as assigned.
