Knox-Metropolitan United Church, located in downtown Regina, SK, is seeking a talented and visionary Music Director to lead and inspire our music ministry. We are a small but vibrant congregation of about 140 families, with a long tradition of excellent music and a dynamic minister. We hope to find a Music Director who shares our passion for music as an integral part of Christ's mission and ministry. The Music Director will be responsible for leading music during one regular morning worship service on Sundays, along with several additional services throughout the year and directing and supporting our small adult choir. The role involves planning and coordinating music that aligns with the liturgical calendar and worship themes, as well as playing the church's 3-manual Casavant pipe organ and our C7 Yamaha grand piano, as needed, during services.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in church music and a vision for how music can enhance worship and the life of the congregation. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player, working closely with the minister to integrate music into the overall worship experience. They will also maintain the church's music library and equipment and create a welcoming and inclusive musical environment that encourages participation and reflects the values of Knox-Metropolitan United Church.

This is a part-time position requiring about 15 hours per week. Compensation is in the range of $20,000 - $25,000 per year, based on experience and education, with the addition of the United Church of Canada Benefits package.
