- Greeting patients and visitors, answering phone calls, and
responding to patient inquiries, receiving payment, issuing receipts
- Scheduling appointments and managing the physician's calendar
- Maintaining and updating patient records in the electronic health
records (EHR) system
- Coordinating referrals to other healthcare providers
Office organization:-
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the medical office, and
ordering office supplies
- The ability to prioritize, keep track of deadlines, and multitask
- The ability to work well with others as a Team Member
- Computer knowledge is a must
- On-the-job training will be provided
- Must be a Canadian Resident
