RESPONSIBILITIES
- Employee must approach work with a professional, positive attitude, portraying a business-like
image at all times. Always be neat in appearance, dependable and punctual.
- Assist members with account and application inquiries.
- Perform filing as needed.
- Assist with preparation and mailing out of monthly A/R statements in an accurate and efficient
manner.
- Reconcile member accounts and prepare journal entries as needed.
- Employee must provide a high level of customer service at all times to both internal and
external customers.
- Assist when required, in Member Service and Equity Department.
- Perform other office related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
High school education, knowledge of accounting is considered an asset. Require good investigative and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required. Must have good telephone etiquette and customer service skills. (Averages 24-40 hrs per week)
