Pro-Cert Organic Systems Ltd. is seeking a Financial Administrative Assistant. position will be based involves a minimum of three days per week at our Western Regional Office located near Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Pro-Cert provides professional third-party certification to producers, processors, handlers and traders of organic, gluten-free and grass-fed products across North America.
Primary Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable,
Accounts Payable;
Various account reconciliations;
Receipting applications;
Invoicing clients;
Corresponding with clients via email and phone
Secondary Responsibilities:
Any other financial related tasks as assigned by the Financial Controller.
Requirements:
Excellent working knowledge of QuickBooks;
Proficiency in use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
Post-secondary business college diploma or equivalent in experience is beneficial;
Minimum two years bookkeeping experience required;
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills;
Effective and professional communication skills;
Ability to multi-task.

Pro-Cert offers a competitive remuneration plan and benefit package as well as a career opportunity in the organic industry. A wage commensurate with experience in the $22-29/hr range.
