Job Description: As the successful applicant, you will be responsible to provide first contact and intake services to adults affected by substance abuse. This will include screening and assessment activities, delivering informative dynamic group workshops, developing community awareness and involvement, case and file management. You will be working collaboratively with other professional and community groups to provide comprehensive services to a specific client population.

- Basic - Case management skills

Knowledge and Abilities
- Knowledge in the SHA, community resources and applicable programming
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Knowledge in methadone/methadone assisted recovery
