Job Description:
Mentoring and leading quality improvement and risk management. This encompasses planning, designing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating identified projects and initiatives.

Experience
- 3-5 yrs recent community development, evidence based decision making/evaluation
- 3-5 years recent exp. in project management, quality improvement, facilitation
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Competencies
- Basic - Decision making skills
- Basic - Facilitation skills

- Basic - Project management skills
Other Information
- Canadian Falls Prevention Curriculum must be completed within 6 months of start date
