The Home Inn & Suites Regina Airport West is looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Agent who is interested in growing with our company. 8 hours shifts will vary between 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm. You must have open availability and be able to work Saturday and Sunday as well as varying weekday shifts. We are looking for someone with Front Desk Experience in the hotel industry who understands the expectations of this role. The Front Desk Agent must be upbeat, friendly and customer service oriented as they are the first point of contact for guests. They are responsible for registering guests and assigning rooms, processing group arrivals and departures, taking, cancelling and changing room reservations, processing guests' departures which includes calculating charges and receiving payments, balancing cash and completing related forms. The ideal candidate will be friendly, love to smile, and exude Prairie Hospitality by making every guest feel warmly cared for and always welcome.
