Positions Description
Under the general supervision of the Child Care Manager and under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director, the Child Care Educator/Float is responsible to support children of all ages throughout the Centre, as well as, maintain and develop the children's program with the group of children in their care for a portion of the day.
This staff person must adhere to all the policies and regulations as set out in the Parent Handbook and Child Care Staff Manual.

Qualifications:
Required:
The requirements for the Child Childcare Educator/Float range from Level 1 to a Level 3 Diploma. Wages and compensation are based on education levels. All staff must have a basic first aid certificate and have a Criminal Record Check with a vulnerable sector.
Asset:
Experience working with a variety of age groups including infants to age 6.
