Provide leadership for marketing and sales, human resource, maintenance and financial accountability for a full service motel. Report to Finance Manager and General Manager of Parent organization.
44 room hotel with up to 15 staff members. 40 hours per week extra as required.
Responsible for generating room revenues, supervision of house keepers and front desk staff.
Prepare daily financial records for hotel. bank deposits, recaps and scheduling.
Regular maintenance checks reporting to General Manager required projects in a timely fashion.
Payroll for 12-15 staff using Ceridian.
Must have computer knowledge, MS Office experience and hotel software Synix Property Hub. KNOWLEDGE OF BASIC ACCOUNTING
Work with community to develop a good working relation with construction projects and other business.
