McDougall Auctioneers Ltd., a leader in asset auctions, appraisals, and consulting services for over 42 years, is seeking a Marketing Specialist. The role involves executing advertising and marketing tasks in our Emerald Park Office.
Job Description:
Contribute to advertising strategies and methods.
Manage advertising budgets.
Collaborate on advertising schedules with sales staff.
Conduct market research for new marketing opportunities.
Produce financial documents for campaigns, like budgets and contracts.
Liaise with vendors, printers, and agencies for quality and budget adherence.
Create advertising materials, including digital/print ads and promotional items.
Coordinate project timelines from planning to execution.
Maintain records of advertising efforts.
Design marketing materials like catalogs, brochures, and signage.
Administer Monday.com boards for departmental coordination.
Oversee contract renewals and manage advertising invoices.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
Experience in advertising or marketing.
Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
Excellent communication in English.
Proficient in design software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Collaborative, proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and creative.
Salary and Benefits:
Full-time, Monday Friday (40 hours/week).
Hourly: $18 - $25.
