Schedule and supervise Kitchen Helpers, Oversee Kitchen operations. Maintain food, supply, and equipment inventories and records. Set up the Buffets and oversee the same. Food preparation such as cutting, marinating and seasoning meats, vegetables, and other ingredients: making pizza dough and preparing toppings. Keeping the kitchen area clean and organized, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized. Checking the quality of ingredients and final dishes before serving to ensure consistency and presentation.
