Duties and Responsibilities
1 Supervise, develop and train any new front store staff.
2 Maintain friendly work environment, defuse any possible conflict among staff.
Placing orders
3 Working with AUTOSTART POS system to ensure inventory is accurate- Overseeing stock control and receiving orders.
4 Dealing with customer service issues.
5 Managing the human, physical and financial resources of the front store and ensuring that store objectives are achieved.
