RESPONSIBILITIES
- Employee must approach work with a professional, positive attitude, portraying a business-like
image at all times. Always be neat in appearance, dependable and punctual.
- Assist members with account and application inquiries.
- Perform filing as needed.
- Assist with preparation and mailing out of monthly A/R statements in an accurate and efficient
manner.
- Reconcile member accounts and prepare journal entries as needed.
- Employee must provide a high level of customer service at all times to both internal and
external customers.
- Assist when required, in Member Service and Equity Department.
- Perform other office related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
High school education, plus post-secondary classes in accounting is an asset. Require good
investigative and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task. Strong computer skills and
knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required. Must have good telephone etiquette and customer
service skills. Must be able to work scheduled rotation including, Thursday evenings and Saturdays.
