PART TIME BAKER
DUTIES:
To perform formula calculations and prepare all varieties of mixes and dough as required.
To be responsible for the baking cycle of all products ensuring quality standards are maintained.
To be responsible to ensure that in all handling of all products, high cleanliness and quality standards are maintained.
To ensure all equipment is in good working order and properly maintained.
To ensure proper sanitation standards are practiced in the work area.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of a recognized Commercial baking course, 1st year Bakers Apprentice or equivalent experience in scratch baking.
Physically fit to perform heavy lifting.
Must be bondable.
Membership in Sherwood Co-op a prerequisite.
Participation in direct payroll deposit program.
