Position Summary
The Job Developer/ Employment Liaison is responsible for developing, building, and maintaining a wide network of employers to secure job shadowing and experiential learning opportunities (ELOs) for program participants. This role involves advocati for participants by showcasing their skills, prior professional experience, and educational background to employers, ultimately creating opportunities for participants to gain hands-on experience within their field in the Canadian labor market.
