Job Description:
We are seeking a certified Phlebotomist to join our team at the Nest Health Centre. This role involves a combination of clinical and administrative tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Duties:
Perform blood draws (phlebotomy) and process urine samples.
Properly package samples for transport when necessary
Take and record patients' vital signs.
Set up and assist with ECGs.
Maintain general organization and cleanliness of the workspace.
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare for blood draws related to routine clinical work and ensuring accurate collection, processing, and labeling of blood samples and other specimens.
Assist in the setup and preparation of venipuncture procedures and equipment.
Adhere to established health standards and safety guidelines to maintain a clean, safe working environment.
Complete additional tasks as directed by the supervisor or manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Certified phlebotomist with practical experience in a clinical setting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience, ideally in a medical office or clinical setting.
Medical office administration experience.
Demonstrates strong multitasking abilities and works well under pressure.
Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, fostering a positive patient experience.
Valid first aid, Aed level C, and CPR training
Valid Drivers License
Licenses/Certifications:
Phlebotomy Certificate (required)
