Sales Process
Learn the Customers for Life sales process.
Profile prospect customers.
Provide timely sales advice, expertise, service, and products.
Work with other SynergyAG locations ensuring consistent and optimal customer satisfaction.
Operational
Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue streams.
Manage inventory levels during season.
Enter customer quotes and work orders.
Review customer accounts frequently.
Agronomy
Partner with Sales Agronomist(s) and industry representatives to ensure customers receive expert agronomic guidance.
Collaborate with Sales Agronomist(s) to provide timely and expert agronomic advice, service, and products to customers.
Partner closely with Precision Lead and Sales Agronomist(s).
Customer Trial & Product Development Support
Identify potential customer partnerships to conduct commercial scale research trials.
Ensure full commitment and open communication with customer.
Support seasonal tours.
General
Contribute to generating a safe workplace environment and ensure safety training is up to date.
Active participant in regular team meetings.
Flexibility with work hours to support location and customers needs.
Assist with operations during the busy season to provide prompt customer service.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of business expenses.
Be a team player.

Education & Skillset
Three of more years of sales experience in agriculture retail preferred.
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Agriculture, or related field is an asset.
Strong organizational skills.
Comfort utilizing social media, in-person, and virtual meets.
Organized with effective time management.
Self starter, reliable, and safety conscious.
Proficiency with computers and technology.
Must possess a valid class 5 drivers license.
