Description

Two Food Service Supervisors needed by Cafe 4 U

Full-time/Part-time, year-round, permanent, shift work, including Saturdays (and in the future possibly Sundays) in North Battleford, SK

Wage: $16.50 per hour

Work Location: 1141 101ST Street, North Battleford, SK

Extended medical benefits available after 12 months of full-time employment.

Requirements
We are looking for experienced food service supervisors who enjoy providing excellent customer service and thrive in coffee culture. We require a minimum of 1 year of direct experience as a food service supervisor. Fluent English is a must. Successful candidates must have experience with majority of the below duties are responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities
-    Leads by example to demonstrate that the customer is top priority. Is the Role Model for outstanding service for all team members.
-    Responds to customers in a friendly manner with an appropriate sense of urgency.
-    Supervises baristas, staff preparing food, and dishwashers.
-    Establishes effective and positive communication amongst all team members.
-    Orders supplies.
-    Supervises restocking of supplies.
-    Maintains records of stock.
-    Assists store manager in preparation of scheduling.
-    Assists store manager in planning and executing all promotions effectively and efficiently.
-    Trains staff in their duties.
-    Serves customers along with the staff supervised.
-    Takes order and payments.
-    Follows and directs team members to follow store policies, procedures and adhere to merchandising and cleanliness standards.
-    Performs all POS duties, front and back of house functions including opening and closing procedures (e.g., manages cash-outs and balancing floats).
-    Assists the supervised staff with the execution of their duties.
-    Other duties as required to ensure efficient operations of the work shift.
