Description

The Enterprise Business Modernization Project (EBMP) is looking for two Communications Consultants to support the implementation of a new financial, human resource and procurement system. This is an exciting, large-scale project that impacts all areas of government. This term position will be in place until the end of the project in spring 2025.

As a member of the People Readiness Team, you will use your skills as an experienced communicator to support the implementation of EBMP. You will work collaboratively with others, create communications strategies and deliverables, and lead and champion change initiatives to inform and engage a variety of stakeholders across government.

What youll do:

- Develop, implement, manage and evaluate strategic communications plans that support the projects strategic direction.
- Work collaboratively with the People Readiness Team to deliver effective communication to stakeholders.
- Clearly and concisely compose and edit various documents, including speeches, articles, presentations, web content and other communications materials.
- Ensure document content is accurate, and tone and style are appropriate for the audience and medium.
- Establish, build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
