Description

The Citizen-Centric Program Delivery Branch of the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement is looking for a skilled, motivated and results-oriented Programmer Analyst position for the CT3 team.

The successful candidate will have the ability to provision and manage applications on Dynamics 365. You will also be able to improve development and support processes on Dynamics 365 to achieve efficiency and productivity; and design new or adapt existing systems/applications taking into account alternatives, business requirements and cost, resource and time constraints. You will also be able to verbally and in writing explain or present information to a wide variety of technical and non-technical individuals and/or groups in a clear, accurate and understandable manner.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of programming concepts, techniques and languages; system analysis techniques, facilitation methods, and modelling tools, including SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle); and agile methodologies, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, DevOps, Azure platform.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter in order to identify system requirements and ensure optimal customer service is delivered. You will be adaptable in order to respond to constant change within a high-pressure environment, and customer service and results-orientated.

Typically, the knowledge and skills required for this position would be obtained through:

- A degree in computer science, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience; and
- Knowledge of and experience in Dynamics 365
