We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our growing consulting business, supporting a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general administrative support. This role will be based in Air Ronge, Saskatchewan, and will help ensure smooth operations and compliance with HR standards across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting, screening, and onboarding new employees for various organizations and clients.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and assist with conflict resolution.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Answer HR related questions for clients.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and communities is an asset.
