Description

Essential Responsibilities:
-Secure finance approvals from lending institutions for all finance transactions.
Coordinate financial sources and manage finance agreements effectively.
Utilize product knowledge to promote and sell warranties, protection plans, and insurance options.
Review all finance and cash deal paperwork to ensure accurate title, lien, tax, and delivery documents.
Handle rate inquiries and maintain detailed records of finance and insurance files.
Conduct credit application interviews with clients and present insurance coverage options.
Review and explain manufacturer warranty coverage to clients and offer extended service contracts.
Present clients with additional protection plans (e.g., environmental protection, tire & rim warranty).
Prepare legal documentation for vehicle purchases, including finance/lease contracts, lien searches, and warranty certificates.
Share important information with sales consultants and managers as needed.
Collaborate with the Sales Management team to maximize profit on each sale.
Train sales consultants on Finance Office products and services.
Respond to post-delivery customer inquiries regarding warranty and loan payouts.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

All successful applicants must possess the following qualities:
Previous experience in a Business Office or Finance role within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of financial products and dealership operations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
