The Good Spirit School Division invites applications for a Permanent Human Resources Advisor. The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for delivery of human resource services in support of instructional and non-instructional staff. They serve as a primary point of contact to administration and staff in a variety of functional areas with emphasis on recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee and labour relations, attendance management, workplace accommodation, reporting and general HR support. This position participates in data collection, research, interpretation, and administration of collective agreements and administrative procedures.

Contract Details: Permanent Full Time; 7.5 hours per/day
Salary Details:In accordance with OOS Salary Grid.
$63,103 to $74,956
Qualifications
Diploma in Human Resources Management, organizational management or equivalent. CPHR designation would be considered an asset.
3-5 years of related human resources experience
Working Conditions
-Out of Scope based on a 12-month calendar.
-Office at Good Spirit Education Complex.
