Description

Pippin Technical Service Ltd. is looking to hire a Warehouse and Logistics person in Saskatoon, SK.  
Responsibilities will include:
    Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of items received.
    Prepare outgoing shipments.
    Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely shipment of goods.
    Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems and physical counts / stocktake.
    Organize and maintain the warehouse or storage areas to ensure efficient space utilization and cleanliness.
    Communicate effectively with internal teams, including purchasing, production, and sales, to coordinate shipment schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
    Handle shipping and receiving documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and company procedures.
    Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
    Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent.
    Must be proficient in English.
    Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
    Proficiency in using computerized systems and Microsoft Office applications.
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and inventory records.
    Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
    Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams, external vendors, customers, and carriers.
    Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
