The Saskatchewan Liquor & Gaming Authority is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced HR professional to join our Human Resources Branch in the permanent full-time role of Human Resources Consultant.
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Human Resources Consultant is responsible for various human resource programs including recruitment, labour relations, classification, compensation, performance management,and representative workforce. The Human Resources Consultant is also responsible and accountable for HR-specific initiatives of the HR divisional plan such as recruitment and retention strategies, total rewards, workforce planning,
etc. This position will positively influence, promote, and ensure a respectful work environment, and will provide exceptional internal support while taking a collaborative approach with stakeholders. Using highly developed facilitation and interpersonal skills, the Human Resources Consultant will focus on delivering high-quality results and
achieving strategy.
