Description

KDS Cabinets is looking for cabinet designers to join our team. You will work closely with our production and project managers to create detailed designs for custom cabinets. We handle residential and commercial projects. You will need to be resourceful and skilled in design. You will also participate in design reviews with project managers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed designs and drawings. Schedule and conduct client meetings
- Learn and use Mozaik design software
- Interpret design data, improve designs, and ensure smooth operation
- Track project status and update the manager on progress and challenges
- Meet deadlines for job quotes, production, and installations
Handle other tasks as needed

What We are Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience with design programs
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and organization
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
- Experience in CNC programming or cabinet making/installation is an asset
- Proficiency with standard PC software

Required Experience:
- At least 1 year in a related field. Recent graduates with internship/in-school experience will also be considered.
