Role: HR & Marketing Specialist
Location: Saskatoon, SK (hybrid option available)
Position: Approximately 30 hours per week flexible schedule

As the HR & Marketing Specialist you are responsible for:
- Organize, maintain and coordinate employee files and office records in their proper location.
- Implement and support the leadership team with employee training and development, performance management processes including goal setting, regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage the companys social media presence, enhancing the brand awareness, boosting engagement and ensuring engaging content that reflects the companys brand and values.
As the HR & Marketing Specialist, you will bring:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field considered an asset, however relevant work experience may be considered equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Human Resources and/or Marketing.
- Proficient in Canva or other design softwares.
