The Director of Human Resources will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, strategies and staff of the Human Resource (HR) division, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent management strategy. The HR Director will also manage budgets for HR and assist the organization in achieving its business and people objectives. Champion Responsible Gambling (RG) by integrating RG considerations into cross-corporation strategies, initiatives and corporate culture and by assessing business customer risks and opportunities associated with each.
